Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships through networking within the industry and local community
  • Identify and pursue potential business development opportunities through industry relationships and market awareness
  • Develop and publish engaging content across company social media platforms on a weekly basis
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement
  • Support company marketing initiatives and promotional efforts
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and coordinate team-building activities

Requirements

  • Proven experience driving sales growth through business development, marketing, communications, and client relationship management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing and maintaining multiple social media platforms
  • Ability to interpret analytics and translate data into actionable marketing strategies
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Self-motivated with a creative and strategic mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field

Preferred

  • Experience in heavy highway, civil construction, or infrastructure projects is preferred
