  • Responsibilities: Proposals and pursuit content, CRM-driven opportunity tracking, cross-team pursuit strategy.
  • Requirements/Nice-to-have: solid foundation in AEC marketing and proposal prep; strong InDesign/Office skills; CRM familiarity to accelerate vetting and delivery.
  • Channel/ownership: BD support, website/social updates, meetings and events planning, with tight deadlines and multi-project juggling.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate proposals, qualifications packages, and presentation materials
  • Track opportunities and maintain CRM systems
  • Support business development and pursuit activities
  • Assist with website updates, social media, and marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and industry conferences
  • Maintain proposal content libraries and marketing materials
  • Collaborate with leadership and technical teams on pursuit strategies

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in AEC marketing, business development, or proposal coordination
  • Experience preparing AEC proposals and pursuit materials
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Familiarity with Deltek Ajera, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
  • Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, or digital marketing tools preferred
