Job Description
Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential clients through community organizations, schools, churches, HR departments, and social media
- Identify and recruit licensed therapists and mental health professionals to join the platform
- Manage and grow Connectrapy’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Send outreach emails and follow up with leads
- Assist with directory listings (Psychology Today, TherapyDen, etc.)
- Support marketing campaigns and content creation
Requirements
- Interest in mental health, telehealth, or healthcare — clinical background a plus but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter who can work independently without constant supervision
- Comfortable with outreach, networking, and relationship building
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation
- Organized, reliable, and responsive
Preferred
- Background in sales, marketing, or business development
- Experience in behavioral health, social work, or counseling
- Existing network in mental health or healthcare communities
- Bilingual (Spanish/English strongly preferred)
