Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work on live digital marketing and growth projects from Day 1
  • Execute campaigns, strategies, and initiatives with measurable outcomes
  • Attend weekly 1:1 mentorship sessions with your assigned mentor
  • Track and report your own performance against defined benchmarks
  • Build a documented portfolio of real work, not case studies, actual output
  • Collaborate with the Stravyn Hill team on ongoing client and internal projects

Requirements

  • Available to commit meaningfully across a 3-month period
  • Reliable internet connection and a functional working setup
  • Able to communicate clearly in English (written and spoken)
  • Willing to work on live projects with real stakes and real timelines
  • Open to feedback and willing to iterate fast

  • Someone hungry to do real work, not just add a line to their resume
  • A recent graduate, career switcher, or self-taught marketer ready to execute
