Business Development & Creative Marketing Associate

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers, retailers, restaurants, and business clients.
• Help introduce RamanRasa products to local businesses and consumers.
• Prospect for Reel & Rank creative, marketing, and digital service clients.
• Assist with outreach, follow-ups, lead tracking, presentations, and sales meetings.
• Build relationships that turn conversations into customers.
• Earn additional commissions on qualifying sales and client acquisitions.
• Help develop creative ideas for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.
• Appear in videos or on camera when comfortable and mutually agreed.
• Assist with filming, editing, photography, storytelling, and promotional campaigns.
• Learn to use AI-assisted creative tools to improve content production.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms.
• Reliable transportation for local business visits and events.
• Availability for occasional evenings or weekends.
• Ability to perform assigned warehouse duties safely, with reasonable accommodations where applicable.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred

• Experience in retail, sales, hospitality, customer service, marketing, or event promotion.
• Experience creating short-form videos or social media content.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar creative platforms.
• Interest in AI tools, digital marketing, SEO, and content production.
• Existing public-facing social media content or a portfolio demonstrating creativity and communication skills.
• College coursework in marketing, business, communications, entrepreneurship, or related fields.
