Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with bars, restaurants, liquor stores, and hospitality operators
• Identify and pursue new account opportunities throughout the Tallahassee market
• Work alongside distributors and sales partners to increase product placements and reorder frequency
• Conduct regular account visits to maintain relationships and monitor product presence
• Coordinate tastings, samplings, promotional activations, and brand events
• Educate customers and hospitality staff on Florida Standard Spirits products and brand story
• Assist with menu placements, cocktail features, and seasonal promotions
• Track sales activity, account progress, and market feedback
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends
• Represent the company professionally at community events, festivals, tastings, and industry functions

Requirements

• Reliable transportation required
• Nights and weekends may occasionally be required for events and activations

Preferred

• Sales, hospitality, beverage, liquor, or restaurant industry experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and highly organized
• Comfortable working independently in the field
