Job Summary

Support store operations by greeting customers, helping locate products, and maintaining clean, organized merch and displays while processing sales and learning collegiate sports context to connect with fans.

Customer-facing: greet, assist with locating merchandise, and handle inquiries to drive sales.
Operations & Merchandising: ring up sales, restock/organize displays, and maintain clean fitting rooms and cash wrap.
Knowledge & Engagement: develop working knowledge of collegiate sports and university activities to better engage fans and support store goals.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Greet and acknowledge all customers
Assist customers with locating merchandise
Fold, size, and replenish merchandise
Assist in cleaning the store, cash wrap, and fitting rooms
Assist in merchandise displays
Communicate with the management staff any customer requests/concerns
Operate the cash register by ringing up customer sales
Develop a working knowledge of collegiate sports and local university activities

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Must be able to work a schedule based upon the business needs – including holidays, nights, and weekends.
