Job Summary

You will own field execution of retail audits and merchandising, manage visit logistics, and report through mobile tools, with twice-monthly store visits and a focus on accurate audits and strong brand visibility.

Own audits, merchandising fixes, and on-site reporting as primary workstreams.
Coordinate 2x monthly store visits and ensure timely, accurate data capture.
Leverage mobile reporting tools and maintain strong relationships with store management.

Store visits run one hour and are scheduled twice per month, with total store count varying by market.

Requirements

Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
Tech-savvy, with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.
