Responsibilities
- Assist with marketing events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, staffing, and setup
- Manage event displays, signage, and promotional materials
- Oversee setup and breakdown of events and trade shows
- Track event timelines, budgets, and expenses
- Monitor inventory and maintain promotional materials and equipment
- Support on-site execution of live events and brand activations
- Ensure all events run smoothly from start to finish
- Support event staff and assist team members with tasks
- Maintain clear and consistent internal communication
Requirements
- Strong interest in brand promotions, event marketing, or public relations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and professionalism
- Solution-oriented with problem-solving abilities
- High level of motivation, reliability, and adaptability
- Must have reliable transportation (vehicle required)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
- No prior experience required – paid training provided
