Job Summary

Own on-site brand representation and hands-on product education to drive sales in retail and events, with demonstrations, displays, and partner relationships.

Represent the brand at retail locations and events, building customer trust and awareness.
Lead product demos, educate on tobacco, cigars, and cannabis offerings, and push featured promotions.
Set up and maintain displays, coordinate with partners, and travel to sites as needed.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Represent the brand at retail locations and off-site promotional events.
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and educate customers on tobacco, cigar, and cannabis products.
Promote featured products and special in-store promotions.
Drive product sales while delivering exceptional customer service.
Set up, maintain, and break down promotional displays and event materials.
Build positive relationships with customers and retail partners.
Travel to various store and event locations as scheduled.
Friendly, outgoing, and confident interacting with customers.

Requirements

Knowledge of tobacco, cigars, and cannabis products is required.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Strong communication and sales skills.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance.

Preferred

Brand ambassador, promotional marketing, retail sales, or product demonstration experience.
Customer service or event marketing experience.
Weekend and evening availability is a plus.
