Brand Partnerships Manager, TikTok Shop

We are headquartered a block from Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, California, where we operate 12+ live studios running close to 24/7.

About the Role

We are seeking a Brand Partnerships Manager to lead new business development for the agency. This is a revenue-generating role focused on identifying, engaging and signing the consumer brands that join our portfolio.

This role is distinct from account management. You own the pipeline from first contact through to signature, rather than the relationship that follows it. You will represent a full-service offering with established proof behind it: a portfolio of major brands, dedicated studio capacity, and marketplace reach across five channels.

What You Will Own

Pipeline generation. Building and prioritizing a target list of consumer brands, identifying the right decision maker in each, and running consistent multi-channel outreach at measurable volume.

Qualification. Owning inbound and referral leads from first contact, assessing fit against our ideal client profile, and advancing only what merits it.

The pitch. Leading discovery and introductory calls, scoping the opportunity, and building the capability decks, case studies and account research that support a proposal.

Commercial process. Partnering with leadership through scoping, pricing and close.

Reporting. Maintaining accurate CRM records and reporting weekly on outreach volume, meetings booked and pipeline movement.

What We Are Looking For

• 3 to 5 years in sales, business development or partnerships, ideally at an agency or within ecommerce or marketplace services
• Demonstrated experience generating pipeline through outbound activity, not inbound alone
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the confidence to hold a substantive conversation with a marketing director or founder
• Disciplined CRM hygiene and consistent follow-through
• Genuine interest in TikTok Shop and the creator economy. We will develop your platform expertise
• Able to work on-site in Beverly Hills

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to TikTok Shop, marketplace services, or influencer and affiliate marketing
• Experience selling retained services rather than transactional products
• Familiarity with HubSpot or a comparable CRM and modern prospecting tooling

Performance Expectations

• First 90 days. A researched and prioritized target list with decision makers identified, outreach running consistently, and first qualified meetings booked.
• By month six. A predictable run rate of qualified meetings and a pipeline leadership can forecast against.
• By month twelve. Signed brands attributable to pipeline you generated.

Compensation and Benefits

• $80,000 to $110,000 base salary, depending on experience
• Uncapped commission on signed brands. Good-faith estimate of $20,000 to $40,000 at target in year one
