Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Creative, Sales, Education, and professional stylists to develop innovative curly hair products
• Conduct market research using platforms like Euromonitor, Mintel, and Kline to identify white space opportunities and inform product development
• Translate data-driven insights into compelling product concepts, including formula, fragrance, and packaging ideas
• Assist in the creation of artwork, claims documentation, and other materials required for product launches
• Manage procurement of competitive products, coordinate sample shipments, and maintain accurate master data records

Requirements

• Current undergraduate student graduating in 2028 or 2029 majoring in Marketing or similar
• Creative thinker capable of contributing innovative ideas and solutions within a collaborative team environment
• Passion and curiosity for testing beauty and hair products
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with social media platforms
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret data to deliver actionable insights
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
