Job Summary

Own the local growth engine for a fast-moving alc/bev brand, balancing category growth, activation planning, and cross-functional execution to sharpen local ROI.

Local growth: Activate the Local Category & Brand Growth Plan and deliver strategic commercial outputs.
Operations and budgeting: Build the Commercial Activity Plan, activation calendar, manage budget and performance reporting, and oversee agency roster.
Influence and asset delivery: Shape innovation, brand strategy, planning and asset delivery while vetoing non-localized cross-functional outputs.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Activate Local Category & Brand Growth Plan
Build Commercial Activity Plan and activation calendar
Manage the innovation implementation and volume planning
Build SKU assortment review & pricing strategy
Manage the budget, performance reporting, agency roster management, and adaptation of local assets as applicable
Activation of local brand growth plan and strategic commercial delivery
Influence: Innovation, Brand strategy, planning & asset delivery
Veto: US cross-functional brand commercialization outputs (i.e., shopper experiential, social, etc.)

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree & 4-6 years of progressive marketing experience in Alc/Bev or CPG
Experience working on a fast-moving, explosive growth brand
Proven ability to think creatively, coupled with strong analytical and project management skills
