Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of brand and product marketing plans, campaigns, and messaging.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, creative, and sales teams to maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all materials.
  • Plan/assist in coordinating go-to-market activities, including new product launches, campaign planning, and trade show preparation.
  • Help create marketing collateral such as product sheets, presentations, social media content, and email campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support eCommerce and digital marketing efforts by ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information, images, and messaging across online platforms.
  • Maintain communication with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and assets.
  • Assist with budget tracking, campaign performance reporting, and administrative marketing tasks as needed.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional events to help strengthen brand presence and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in marketing, product coordination, or brand support
  • Strong experience managing and optimizing paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, social media platforms, and online marketplaces like Amazon and eBay, with a focus on driving traffic, conversions, and ROI.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Advance understanding of marketing principles, branding, and digital media.
  • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or project management tools is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm for the automotive, powersports, or consumer electronics industries.
  • Local to the Greater-Chicagoland area and able and willing to be in our Libertyville based office.
