Responsibilities

• Drive brand growth with data-informed strategies for products, pricing, and merchandising.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and on target.
• Turn consumer insights into innovative product ideas and impactful marketing campaigns.
• Plan and execute new product launches from concept to market.
• Support sales with insight-driven selling strategies.
• Measure and optimize marketing programs based on performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 4+ years in brand management, CPG marketing, or brand strategy
• Experience with consumer insights tools (Nielsen, SPINS, Circana)
• Passion for digital marketing, social media, and storytelling
• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills
