Responsibilities

• Work alongside VP of Marketing to develop event strategy with clear audience, objective and budget.
• Manage event planning, and implementation for media, influencer, prospect and resident events across all Post Brothers assets.
• Develop detailed event plans; including vendor comparison / selection, entertainment, programming, run of show and staffing. Work alongside teams to ensure pre-event set-up, event execution and post-event work.
• Oversee the Northern Liberties Farmers Market; including maintaining vendor relationships, solicit sponsorships, guiding operations and programming.
• Develop and maintain realtor / broker relationships to ensure Post Brother assets remain top-of-mind for the realtor community.
• Attend realtor driven events, develop broker appreciation programming and maintain the pulse of the realtor community, their clients and any relevant trends.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Post Brothers.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload.
• Perform other duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline.
• 3+ years professional event and/or relationship management
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skill and multitasking ability.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Occasional weekend and evening hours are required.
