Job Summary

Drive the publisher’s indie title launches by coordinating creative briefs, platform partnerships, and cross-functional go-to-market execution that turns pre-release hype into post-launch momentum.

Platform & Partnerships: Secure console platform support and marketing partnerships to power launch campaigns and ongoing visibility.
Creative & Asset Execution: Lead briefs and asset development to ensure brand-aligned, high-impact assets from external partners.
Cross-Functional GTM & Vendor Ops: Align developers and internal teams, manage budgets and plans, and coordinate vendor onboarding to deliver timely showcases and sustained post-launch engagement.

Job Description

Own go-to-market for Balor Games’ indie titles by uniting creative, platform partnerships, and cross-functional execution to drive launches and ongoing visibility.

Platform & Partnerships: Secure platform support (Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo) and marketing partnerships to enable pre-release hype, launches, and ongoing promotions.
Creative & Asset Execution: Write and refine detailed creative briefs for art, graphic design, and video production to ensure assets align with the game’s brand identity.
Cross-Functional GTM & Vendor Ops: Align developers and internal stakeholders, share budgets and strategic plans, coordinate vendor onboarding, and drive execution of GTM milestones from showcase submissions to post-launch engagement.
