Senior Designer – Contract

Duration: 5 Months

Pay Rate: $35–$40/hr on W2

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Designer to translate a leading beauty brand’s vision into compelling, consumer-focused creative across digital and print channels. This role will support loyalty and promotional initiatives, partnering with creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work that strengthens brand consistency and elevates the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, on-brand creative across a variety of digital and print projects.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Copywriters, and Marketing partners to concept and execute engaging visual storytelling.
• Prepare pixel-perfect, production-ready files for digital and print applications.
• Help develop and evolve brand identities, design systems, logos, guidelines, and templates.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure creative solutions align with business objectives and brand standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional design experience, ideally within beauty, fashion, lifestyle, retail, or related industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent practical experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong hands-on experience with Figma.
• Exceptional skills in typography, color, composition, and layout, with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain creative concepts to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
