Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Shape and define the brand identity - refining our logo, visual language, tone, and design system so everything from pitch decks to one-pagers feels cohesive and sharp
  • UI/UX & website - redesigning our web presence end to end: information architecture, user flows, page layouts, and visual design that clearly communicates what we do and why it matters
  • Marketing materials - building templates and assets for investor communications, partnership outreach, and campaign materials
  • Campaign support - helping plan and execute targeted marketing efforts as we enter new markets

  • - You've done real design work before whether in internships, freelance, or standout student projects. You have a portfolio to show.
  • - You're comfortable in Figma or similar design tools and can work across Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
  • - You can think beyond individual assets - you care about user experience, consistency, visual hierarchy, and making complex ideas feel simple
  • - English professional proficiency
  • - You're excited by climate, data, or deep tech - you don't need to be an expert, but curiosity matters
