• Other duties as assigned to support SEARHC brand and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in marketing support, administration, project coordination, inventory management, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, vendors, orders, or deliverables.
• Experience with digital file management and organizational systems.
• Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Digital asset and file management practices.
• Basic brand standards and marketing processes.
• Print production, inventory, shipping, and fulfillment processes.
• Purchase order, invoice, and vendor processes.
• Organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain organized and accurate digital and physical marketing resources.

Preferred

• Associate or bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience with digital file management and organizational systems preferred.
• Print production, inventory, shipping, and fulfillment processes preferred.
• Purchase order, invoice, and vendor processes preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint knowledge preferred.
