Job Summary

Own brand execution across promotional campaigns, asset management, and trade shows while coordinating cross functional teams to move launches from brief to shelf impact.

Brand Management: Manage promotional materials, collateral creation, and the centralized brand assets library to ensure consistent brand delivery.
Trade & Events: Coordinate in store offers, product launches, and trade shows with vendors, retailers, and internal teams.
Cross functional Execution: Liaise across Brand Management, Promotions, Sales, Operations, suppliers, and external partners to hit timelines and quality standards.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist Brand Management team with executing promotional campaigns, maintaining brand materials, coordinating trade shows, and implementing departmental strategies.
Managing and submitting in-store offers, coordinating selling event materials, creating presentations and other sales materials, and providing administrative support to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives.
Support sales, promotions, and operations; collaborate closely with supplier partners and help drive brand partner growth.
Periodic attendance at industry trade shows.
Develop and maintain brand collateral (brochures, promotional flyers, sell sheets, presentations) for suppliers, retailers, distributors, and industry events.
Maintain centralized library of brand assets for internal teams and partners.
Serve as liaison between Brand Management, Promotions, Sales, Operations, suppliers, and external partners to ensure timely completion of projects and materials.
Participate in distributor sales meetings, industry food shows, and related events to support partner brands.
Assist in development and execution of promotional plans aligned with brand strategies.
Coordinate in-store offers, product launches, and special events with vendors, retailers, and internal teams.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in brand management, marketing, customer service, or a related administrative or sales support role, preferably within the CPG industry
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
Strong organizational, multitasking, priority-setting, and time management skills, with the ability to effectively manage changing priorities, multiple projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends and opportunities
Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including experience with PivotTables
Comfortable using Canva or similar design platforms to create presentations, sales materials, and other brand materials
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams
Comfortable learning new retailer systems, supplier platforms, and technology to support multiple brands and initiatives
Experience with Albertsons Partner Portal, ProGrocery, Radian, DemandTec, or similar retailer platforms is preferred
Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
