Job Summary

Coordinate brand-focused communications and cross-channel assets, driving on-brand messaging, events, and site/social updates while tracking engagement and SEO impact.

  • Brand and Campaign Ops: Manage concept-to-completion projects, produce assets, and ensure brand voice across website, social, and press.
  • Channel-Ready Communications: Align community/media relations, onsite branding, event communications, and digital guest touches with analytics and SEO insights.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Assistant Director to manage multiple projects from concept to completion related to brands and execution of strategy
  • Support community and media relations strategies
  • Support Special Event communications, materials, website and announcements
  • Assist with onsite communications and branding
  • Manage production needs and requests
  • Report analytics and audience engagement including website, press and advertising
  • Coordinate content and campaign assets across all platforms and responsible for changes on websites, social channels, iPad(s), app(s), online reservation system
  • Coordinate, manage and proofread all communications projects (including website, email marketing, paid and organic social media, and e-commerce support) with a deep understanding of the Blackberry brand voice and strong attention to grammar, SEO, and channel guidelines
  • Co-create and execute monthly brand plans including social media, email, and external and internal communication strategies and content
  • Assist with content calendar creation for each channel and brand
  • Coordinate website design and updates – including but not limited to edits, updates, changes, homepage updates, picture sizing, vendor communication, etc.
  • Report and support SEO work including Google AdWords and social media ad management
  • Coordinate pre-arrival digital communication for guests
  • Keeps a digital marketing calendar to track and manage all changes
  • Guest assistance with shops and online reservations or any marketing-related questions.
  • Supports partnership relationships
  • Reports customer engagement for collaboration campaigns
  • Records engagement and history with partnership campaigns
  • Assist with photoshoots
  • Photo asset management as needed
  • Photo and Video requests as needed for both internal and external images
  • Maintain budget support and tracking
  • Weekly website analytics and future reporting through GA4 and Salesforce
  • Attend meetings as needed and report to the Assistant Director
  • Other tasks as assigned
  • Must comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • To perform the essential functions of this position regular and consistent attendance is required.
  • Must be able to work well with other Team Members and Managers and interact with our guests.

Requirements

  • College Degree in Marketing, Communications, or PR preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Working knowledge of social media channels and trends
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand departmental policies and procedures and to make independent judgments in absence of supervision
  • Must have a very good understanding of Facebook, Twitter, Craft CMS, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom) is a plus
  • Monday.com and Salesforce knowledge or familiarity
  • Must be capable of learning new computer software programs quickly
  • Basic math skills

Preferred

  • The ideal candidate is a creative communications coordinator with strong competency in organization and copywriting. Candidate should demonstrate intellectual curiosity in the digital space with an eye for design, have a working knowledge of graphic and web design, be a creative thinker who is quick on their feet and enjoys being up-to-date on world cultures as well as market, social and industry trends
