Job Summary

Own and execute high-volume TikTok and Instagram content, prioritizing TikTok, and build a fast-moving content pipeline from founders.

  • Lead rapid conceiving, shooting, and posting cycles across primary platforms
  • Translate product education into native, engaging content from founder source
  • Coordinate creator seeding and maintain an organized content bank for timely publishing

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside our existing social content team, adding volume and formats (Stories, fast-turn TikTok, UGC) that extend rather than duplicate what's already going out.
  • Post multiple times a day across TikTok and Instagram: Stories, Reels, and native TikTok content built for reach, not just brand posts.
  • Make TikTok the priority channel: trend-jack quickly, use native formats and sounds, and post at the volume and speed the platform rewards.
  • Organize incoming content into a running bank by theme (education, BTS, product, reactions) and get it out fast while it's still relevant.
  • Turn product and category education (what “Procedure Skincare” is, how to use the product around a treatment) into quick, native-feeling content, working from the founders as the subject-matter source, not inventing claims yourself.
  • Shoot and edit lo-fi, in-the-moment content: BTS, day-in-the-life, reactions, unboxings, event and seeding coverage.
  • Run ongoing trend and competitor research to keep our content current and ahead of platform shifts.
  • Track reach, saves, shares, and follower growth, and adjust posting in real time rather than waiting for a monthly review.
  • Assist with seeding/gifting logistics as needed: packing, shipping coordination, tracking who's received product.
  • Follow brand voice guardrails already in place

Requirements

  • NYC-based is highly preferred. You'll ideally be able to join in person for shoots, events, and seeding drop-offs, though we're open to the right person being more remote if everything else is a strong fit.
  • You genuinely understand TikTok. Not just how to post, but why things spread there: sounds, pacing, trends, native editing habits.
  • You're fast. You can conceive, shoot, edit, and post same-day, repeatedly, without it feeling like a production.
  • You've grown an account before (yours or someone else's) and can show real numbers, not just a nice-looking reel.
  • Comfortable being on camera, and comfortable directing others (founders, creators) on camera too.
  • Strong copywriting instinct. Can write a caption in brand voice without much direction.
  • You're comfortable being a fast learner in a category you may not have personal experience in. We'll get you up to speed, you don't need to arrive an expert.
  • Organized and detail-oriented enough to manage an inbound creator/UGC pipeline without things falling through the cracks.
  • Collaborative. Comfortable plugging into an existing social strategy and team rather than starting from a blank slate.
  • A “no-job-is-too-small” attitude. This is a small team and the role includes some hands-on logistics, not just content.

Preferred

  • Open to students, recent grads, creators, or anyone else who's genuinely fast and fluent on these platforms.
