Drive Crosby Hops’ storytelling across social, digital, email, and PR to support craft beer partnerships.

Responsibilities

Own the strategy and execution of Crosby Hops’ and TopWire storytelling across social media, digital platforms, email communications, and public relations
Lead day-to-day content creation that resonates with craft brewers including copywriting, short-form video, photography, and engagement
Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with product releases, seasonal activities, and events
Monitor engagement and performance metrics to continuously refine and improve
Participate in the development of memorable event concepts, brand activation, harvest hospitality, and industry conferences that bring Crosby’s brand promises and initiatives to life

Requirements

5+ years of proven experience in marketing and communications
Direct experience in — and passion for — craft beer or a closely related industry
Strong, engaging writing and storytelling skills
Comfortable appearing on camera and representing the brand publicly
Ability to capture and edit short-form video content for social platforms
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or similar creative software
Familiarity with website content management systems, email platforms, CRMs, marketing automation, and analytics tools
Experience working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Willingness to travel up to 15%, including select evenings and weekends for events
