Drive on-site cannabis product promotions and staff education while coordinating events and content creation to power brand marketing.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-store services, including event demos, trainings, and Patient Appreciation Days (PADs) at client dispensaries.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the product line to effectively communicate its benefits to both dispensary staff and consumers.
Capture high-quality video and photo content during events to enhance social media presence and engagement.
Drive product sales during demos through direct education of budtenders and customers.
Oversee visual merchandising and ensure proper product placement in dispensary accounts.
Lead budtender training sessions to increase product knowledge and administer assessments as needed.
Process invoices, track accruals, and prepare monthly reports for the marketing team to ensure accurate financial records.
Monitor store traffic, collect feedback, and gather market intelligence to inform marketing strategies.
Plan and execute events that align with brand objectives, ensuring seamless execution.
Ensure that marketing materials, such as point-of-sale items and collateral, are available and up to date.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or event promotions, with a proven track record of success.
1+ years of experience working in a public-facing event role, demonstrating effective customer interaction skills.
1+ years of experience within the legal cannabis industry, with cannabis event experience preferred.
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Proficiency with basic computer programs, such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite, and familiarity with social media platforms for content sharing.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Must have flexible availability, including weekends, afternoons, and evenings, to accommodate event schedules.
Must be willing to travel up to 100% of the time, visiting dispensaries and attending events in the assigned location.
