Job Summary

You will own the Brand Ambassador program, engaging homeowners at retail and event settings, building trust for home improvement services, and setting qualified in-home consultations for our design team while managing displays and meeting appointment goals.

Create excitement and trust around our home improvement services
Set qualified in-home consultation appointments for our design specialists
Set up and manage branded displays at events and partner stores
Achieve daily and weekly appointment goals and enjoy celebrating your wins

Requirements

A confident communicator who enjoys connecting with others
Persuasive and positive-you don’t take “no” as the final answer
Reliable, professional, and comfortable working independently
Energetic and goal-oriented, with a drive to succeed
Previous experience in sales, promotions, or customer-facing roles is a plus (but not required)
Highschool Diploma/GED

Preferred

Sales experience is preferred
Brand Ambassador experience is preferred
