Responsibilities

• Represent the Joyce brand at events, festivals, and retail locations
• Engage attendees in a friendly, professional manner
• Promote our products and create interest through conversation
• Generate leads and schedule in-home consultations
• Maintain an organized and inviting booth presence
• Assist with light setup and teardown as needed
• Work toward daily and weekly performance goals

Requirements

• Experience in events, promotions, brand ambassador work, or customer-facing roles (preferred, not required)
• A confident, outgoing personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A natural ability to engage and connect with new people
• A reliable, professional presence in public-facing environments
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Reliable transportation to event locations
