Be the Face of Wellness in the Community

Degree Wellness is looking for an outgoing, energetic Brand Ambassador to help grow awareness and generate leads through local events, partnerships, and community outreach. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, networking, and representing a premium wellness brand in the community.

This is not a traditional in-studio management role. The primary focus is driving traffic and generating new leads through events, partnerships, and local relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation Through Events & Partnerships (Primary Focus)Represent Degree Wellness at local events, gyms, apartment communities, corporate offices, fitness studios, and community activations to generate high-quality leads and introduce new people to the brand.

Community Relationship Building - Develop and maintain partnerships with local businesses, fitness studios, health professionals, and community groups to create ongoing referral opportunities.

Create Excitement Around the Brand - Engage with prospective clients, educate them on our services, and encourage bookings, studio visits, and trial experiences.

Event Participation & Coordination - Assist with event setup, engagement, and follow-up to maximize exposure and lead capture.

Lead Follow-Up Support - Help ensure event leads are properly captured and handed off for studio follow-up and conversion.

• Has experience in events, fitness, wellness, hospitality, sales, or community outreach
