Job Description
The era of high fees, rigid hours, and "brick-and-mortar" banking is coming to an end. We are on a mission to lead that change.
Currently, only 4% of world population have fully embraced the power of Neobanking.
At Succession Partners, our task is to move that needle to the majority, helping people transition from outdated banking to a digital-first future that works for them. We are looking for Brand Ambassadors who don't just want to "sell," but who want to be the human connection that simplifies finance for everyday people.
This is a face-to-face customer engagement role focused on educating consumers, building trust, and helping people understand the benefits of digital-first banking.
No banking experience is required. We provide hands-on training in communication, leadership, customer engagement, and brand representation.
What You’ll Do
- Represent fintech and mobile banking campaigns in person
- Engage with customers in businesses and event-based environments
- Educate consumers on digital banking features and benefits
- Answer questions and guide customers through the onboarding process
- Help drive customer acquisition and brand awareness
- Collaborate with team leaders and participate in daily training workshops
