Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Execute public outreach for brands.
  • Face to face interaction with potential customers.
  • Provide after-sales support for retention purposes.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate answers to queries.
  • Build strong client relationships, through regular communication.
  • Report on the Subscription retention.
  • Communicate subscription pricing details clearly.

Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the USA
  • Can commute to Galleria Mall area
  • Available to start ASAP
  • Great communication Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
