- Develop educational and community outreach campaigns to grow reach and leads.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Create engaging videos, Reels, photos, and social media content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Visit roofing projects throughout the Phoenix area to document before-and-after transformations.
- Interview happy homeowners and capture customer testimonials.
- Create educational content about roofing, storm damage, insurance claims, and homeowner maintenance tips.
- Attend community events and showcase our company culture and charitable efforts.
- Network with Realtors, property managers, HOAs, churches, local businesses, and community organizations.
- Create timely content during Arizona monsoon storms and weather events.
- Brainstorm new marketing ideas and creative campaigns.
- Help increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads through social media and community outreach.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Comfortable traveling throughout the Phoenix metro area.
- Comfortable being featured in videos and social media content.
- Strong communication skills.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Willing to learn and accept coaching.
Preferred
- Experience with social media, photography, videography, or marketing is a plus—but not required.
