Instead of swiping, you have a guided conversation with Sophia, an AI matchmaker trained in relationship science and psychology to understand your personality, lifestyle, and relationship patterns on a deeper level. From there, Sophia introduces our members to a small number of highly compatible matches.

Sophia is a private, invite-only network of people who value growth, intention, and meaningful connection.We’re looking for a small group of Ambassadors who naturally bring great people together those with strong communities, great taste, and a desire to curate a new community. 

What You’ll Do

As a Founding Sophia Curator, you are responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding high-quality members into the Sophia network. This is a commission-based role designed for individuals with strong networks, taste, and social influence who can curate and introduce aligned candidates.

Network-Based Member Sourcing

• Identify strong candidates within your personal and professional networks
• Make warm introductions via text, DM, or in-person conversations

Instagram DM Lead Conversion

• Guide candidates to apply or book their Sophia interview
• Answer questions and build trust in the process

Light Qualification

• Help ensure candidates are aligned with Sophia’s values and standards
• Set expectations around the experience

Brand Representation

• Represent Sophia in a polished, thoughtful way
• Find and participate in brand aligned events or community activations

Compensation

• Commission per approved and onboarded member
• Additional incentives for performance and early contributors

• High taste level and strong judgment
• Based in or connected to key cities (Miami, NYC, LA)
