- Retail & events engagement: start conversations, uncover needs, and capture leads
- Lead generation & scheduling: move conversations into sales-ready opportunities for the team
- Brand representation & education: explain premium window/door value and maintain accurate lead records
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Engage with homeowners at retail stores, trade shows, home shows, and community events
- Initiate friendly, professional conversations to introduce Renewal by Andersen products and services
- Identify customer needs through active listening and thoughtful questions
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Represent the Renewal by Andersen brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
- Educate prospective customers on the value and benefits of our premium window and door solutions
- Accurately collect customer information and maintain lead records
- Work collaboratively with team members and management to achieve performance goals
- Travel to designated event and retail locations as needed
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience while increasing brand awareness throughout the local community
Requirements
- Enjoys interacting with people and building rapport with new customers
- Positive, self-motivated, and resilient in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable approaching and engaging individuals in busy retail and event settings
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Eager to learn, grow, and develop professionally within a sales-focused organization
