Job Summary

Own in-store representation by building product expertise, driving customer interaction, and feeding qualified leads to sales to deliver better home remodeling experiences.

  • Retail Execution: engage clients on-site, showcase products, and reinforce the brand's reputation.
  • Training and Expertise: participate in sessions, build knowledge of window and door offerings, and provide accurate information.
  • Sales Alignment: generate qualified leads and hand off to Sales to support conversion and customer satisfaction.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Represent the company in retail locations
  • Participates in comprehensive training sessions
  • Builds expertise in window and door products while ensuring clients receive accurate information and exceptional service
  • Supports brand awareness initiatives by showcasing the company’s reputation and commitment to quality
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Engages with clients in retail locations, promotes products, generates qualified leads for the Sales Department, and supports the mission of delivering the best home remodeling experience

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends as required
  • Reliable transportation to retail locations
  • Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record under the company’s insurance policies
  • Hours vary: Tuesday-Friday: 2pm to 7:00pm; Saturday and Sunday: 12pm to 6pm

Preferred

  • Previous experience in (sales, retail, hospitality, or promotions)
  • Familiarity with home improvement products or remodeling services
  • Interest in career growth within sales and marketing
