Responsibilities

• The Brand Ambassador represents the company as the face of our long-standing products and services. This entry-level role provides hands-on training and career growth opportunities, starting on the ground floor to develop the skills and techniques needed for success.
• The Brand Ambassador will work offsite and represent the company in various retail locations.
• Participates in comprehensive training sessions
• Builds expertise in window, door, gutter, and awning products while ensuring clients receive accurate information and exceptional service
• Supports brand awareness initiatives by showcasing the company’s reputation and commitment to quality
• Performs other duties as assigned
• The Brand Ambassador engages with clients in retail locations, promotes products, generates qualified leads for the Sales Department, and supports the mission of delivering the best home remodeling experience

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends as required
• Reliable transportation to retail locations
• Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record under the company’s insurance policies
• Must be able to travel to various locations.

Preferred

• Previous experience in (sales, retail, hospitality, or promotions)
• Familiarity with home improvement products or remodeling services
• Interest in career growth within sales and marketing
