Brick Coloured Agency (BCA) is looking to hire a Brand Activation Trainee to support our live promotional campaigns in Tampa. This role sits within the sales & marketing industry and focuses on delivering in-person brand experiences that drive customer acquisition.

The Role in Action

Working at event sites, retail pop-ups, and promotional locations, you will:

• Engage members of the public face-to-face

• Introduce and explain products and services in a clear, confident manner

• Create positive first impressions on behalf of client brands

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

• Complete sales transactions and contribute to daily performance targets

Sales will be a key part of this position. Success in the role comes from being comfortable initiating conversations, building rapport quickly, and confidently guiding customers through the decision-making process.

Training & Development

No previous experience in sales & marketing is required. We provide structured product training and ongoing coaching designed to build confidence, communication skills, and professional development. This is a practical, hands-on opportunity to gain experience in a customer-facing environment.
