The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning and executing activation booths at local events, pop-ups, and community partnerships. The primary goal of this position is to increase brand awareness and drive loyalty sign-ups through engaging, professional, and well-organized event execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute activation booths at community events and promotional opportunities
• Set up and break down event materials including signage, tables, displays, and promotional items
• Engage with customers and educate them on Star Buds loyalty rewards and offerings
• Drive consistent growth in loyalty program enrollment
• Build relationships with local event organizers and business partners
• Maintain an organized schedule of upcoming activations
• Track results, report outcomes, and suggest improvements for future events
• Represent the Star Buds brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and energy

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, brand promotions, or community outreach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
• History of creating structure or building a role beyond a basic job description
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for events
• Ability to lift and transport event materials as needed
• Weekend availability depending on event schedule

• Experience working in cannabis retail or similar fast-paced industries

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
