Responsibilities

  • Serve as the marketing manager of the Book Blast program.
  • Responsibilities include:
  • Program positioning and messaging
  • Annual program planning
  • Product enhancement recommendations
  • Reading engagement initiatives
  • Childcare and middle school program evolution
  • Parent education strategy
  • Seasonal campaign development
  • Program roadmap input

Requirements

  • 4+ years of marketing experience
  • Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns
  • Strong copywriting and messaging skills
  • Experience managing creative projects and vendors
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance and customer behavior
  • Experience working cross-functionally to drive business outcomes

Preferred

  • Product marketing experience
  • Education, literacy, fundraising, or event-based marketing experience
  • Email marketing experience
  • Customer journey optimization experience
  • A/B testing experience
