Responsibilities

• Hosting weekly webinars, trainings, and live discussions
• Speaking confidently to body shop owners and managers
• Creating valuable topics that body shops actually care about
• Answering questions from community members
• Leading conversations and keeping the community engaged
• Helping shops think through real-world problems
• Providing feedback on shop operations, estimating, follow-up, lead management, customer communication, and technology
• Working with our internal team to create educational content and community resources
• Staying informed on industry trends, modern technology, and better ways shops can operate
• Representing the community in a professional, confident, and respected way

Requirements

• Real experience in the body shop, collision repair, estimating, or shop management world.
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable speaking on camera
• Comfortable hosting webinars or willing to become great at it
• Able to lead conversations with owners and managers
• Able to explain ideas clearly and practically
• Confident personality with strong presence
• Willing to learn, research, and stay sharp on industry topics
• Organized, reliable, and professional
• Available full-time during set working hours
• Comfortable working 100% remotely

Preferred

• Experience: Body Shop Management: 10 years (Preferred)
• Real experience in the body shop, collision repair, estimating, or shop management world.
