Own the in-store brand ambassador role at BJ’s, driving member engagement, lead generation, and appointment bookings across assigned shifts.

Represent SPF at branded displays and engage customers
Educate potential clients about products and services
Book in-home consultations and track leads and appointments

Job Description

Responsibilities

Serve as the face of SPF Screens & Awnings at our branded setup in the BJ’s Wholesale Home Improvement section
Proactively engage BJ’s members in a friendly, energetic, and professional manner
Educate potential clients about our products and services
Book in-home consultation appointments with interested customers using the company-provided laptop
Distribute SPF swag and keep the branded display stocked, organized, and inviting
Track leads and appointments generated during each shift

Requirements

Extremely outgoing, engaging, and energetic — comfortable approaching and working with the general public
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Organized and dependable for scheduled in-club shifts
Reliable transportation and ability to work weekends as needed
