Job Description
About the Role
We are a locally based advertising agency serving a national, niche client base, and we’re looking for a Billing & Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with acute attention to detail, strong analytical instincts, and the ability to manage a complex monthly billing cycle with precision.
What You’ll Do
- Export and process high volumes of monthly media vendor invoices within proprietary media‑buying software
- Perform both automated and manual reconciliation to ensure accuracy across all billing inputs
- Prepare client invoices and detailed supporting schedules
- Conduct cash‑receipt tracking and accounts receivable aging analysis
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain billing integrity
What You Bring
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong internal communication skills across multiple departments
- Demonstrated data analysis experience
- Creative problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities
- Proficiency in Excel, including VBA, pivot tables, lookups
What We Offer
- Competitive salary range $65,000 – $75,000 per year
