Bilingual Marketing Specialist (Onsite at Fremont, CA)

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of Phihong's global B2B marketing and communication strategy.
• Gather and analyze marketing data to surface insights, market trends, and campaign performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver a consistent Phihong brand message in the power supply market.
• Assist with product marketing initiatives, working with sales to research target customers and support new product launches.
• Help develop product positioning and messaging tailored to target audiences.
• Coordinate with global teams to execute marketing campaigns and programs on schedule.
• Execute integrated communications and media plans, including press releases, advertising, and digital campaigns.
• Create and maintain marketing materials, including corporate and product collateral, website content, and social media assets.
• Prepare presentation materials and communications in support of the senior leadership team.
• Support sales teams with event logistics, trade show coordination, and sales enablement materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, corporate communications, or public relations, either in-house or with an agency.
• Strong analytical skills; experience with market research or marketing analytics tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience in the automotive or electronics industry is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with sensitivity to international cultural differences.
• Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese
