Bilingual Marketing & Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media content, including photos, videos, reels, captions, and promotional posts.
• Edit videos featuring our projects, services, and team.
• Manage social media accounts and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Visit project sites to capture before-and-after photos and videos.
• Respond professionally to social media comments and inquiries.
• Track content performance and recommend ways to improve engagement.
• Work with our team to keep branding and messaging consistent.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in social media management, content creation, and video editing.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing strategies and social media trends.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar programs.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Available to work 40 hours per week.
• Sales: 1 year (Required)
