Responsibilities

• Visit assigned nail salons and beauty wholesale stores throughout Los Angeles.
• Conduct approximately 10 successful in-person interviews (each around 20 minutes).
• Speak with store managers, front desk staff, or other knowledgeable employees (owners are not required).
• Record each interview following our project guidelines and with the participant's permission.
• Complete a survey questionnaire based on each interview.
• Organize and submit all interview recordings and completed questionnaires.
• Maintain regular communication with our team throughout the project.
• Complete all assigned deliverables within the project timeline.

• Approximately 10 completed interviews with qualified participants.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Los Angeles, CA area.
• Must have access to a personal vehicle and be comfortable driving between multiple locations throughout Los Angeles.
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking with new people.
• Professional, reliable, and organized.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable using a smartphone to record interviews.
• Able to communicate regularly and meet project deadlines.
