What You'll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and online channels
- Schedule and confirm appointments for the Sales and Service Departments
- Maintain and manage customer follow-up activities
- Build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service
- Accurately document customer interactions in company systems
- Support dealership marketing and customer retention initiatives
- Stay current on dealership products, services, promotions, and pricing
What You Bring:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Professional and positive attitude
- Basic computer proficiency and phone skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous BDC, customer service, call center, or automotive experience is a plus
