We're Rankist – a marketing agency with a small, tight-knit team. We work with exciting clients, run our own online shop, and things move fast around here. No two days are the same – and that's the fun of it.

Who we're looking for

Someone who thinks ahead instead of just ticking boxes. Someone who doesn't ask "who's going to do that?" but says "I'll take care of it." You're organized, solution-oriented, and happy to jump in across different areas – managing the online shop one moment, handling client communication the next, booking a hotel for the team after that.

If you like taking ownership and enjoy the feeling of having things actually done at the end of the day – you'll fit right in.

What you'll do

Online Shop

• Process and oversee orders
• Create invoices and prep for bookkeeping
• Customer support via email and chat – friendly, fast, solution-focused
• Handle returns and complaints

Client Management (Agency)

• First point of contact for client requests that don't go straight to account management
• Coordinate meetings, prepare calls
• Pull together reports and documents

Office & Team Support

• Book travel and hotels
• Organize meetings
• Handle general office things that just need to run smoothly
• Jump in wherever it's needed

What you should bring

You're proactive – you don't wait for instructions, you look for solutions

You work in a structured and reliable way – even when a lot is happening at once

English fluent, German a strong plus (many of our clients are German-speaking)

Comfortable with everyday tools (Google Workspace, Clickup, ideally Shopify – but you can learn)

Experience in e-commerce, office management, or customer service is a plus, but not a must

You're discreet – sensitive topics will cross your desk
