Drive consumer growth for Clera’s talent platform by attracting job seekers, engaging them across social/content, and optimizing acquisition funnels through experiments and data-backed improvements.

Design and run campaigns on Meta and TikTok to attract signups, analyze funnels, and optimize conversion.
Create content for job seekers, grow Clera’s social channels, and publish US talent-focused content.
Support community efforts and events, collect feedback, and run experiments to improve engagement and activation.

Responsibilities

Consumer Growth & Acquisition
Help build and execute campaigns to attract talent to sign up on Clera's platform
Support paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and other B2C channels
Analyze user acquisition funnels and suggest improvements
Content & Social Media
Create engaging content for social media targeting job seekers and tech talent
Help manage and grow Clera's social media presence across platforms
Write blog posts, newsletters, and other content aimed at the US talent community
Community & Engagement
Support community-building efforts to engage and retain talent on the platform
