B2B SaaS Marketing Agency Partner / Growth Lead

Responsibilities

• Executive Positioning & C-Suite Messaging: Translate Fennix’s zero-replication AI architecture, real-time query engines, and root-cause analysis tools into sharp, executive-ready brand copy.
• Account-Based Marketing (ABM) & Lead Generation: Design and execute multi-channel outbound and retargeting campaigns targeting enterprise CXOs across key global markets.
• High-Impact Demo Visuals & Motion Graphics: Script, produce, and edit high-quality UI walk-through videos, screen recordings, and social motion graphic assets for LinkedIn and digital channels.
• Paid Performance Campaigns: Manage and optimize paid media ad budgets across LinkedIn Ads, Google Search, and targeted display channels to drive pipeline growth.
• Funnel & Campaign Analytics: Track campaign engagement, C-suite lead conversion metrics, and ad spend efficiency, refining messaging based on real-time performance data.

Requirements

• Proven B2B SaaS Track Record: Must show verified case studies of marketing enterprise B2B SaaS, AI, or high-value tech products.
• Production & Creative Capability: In-house ability to handle end-to-end motion graphics, screen recording visual overlays, and video script development.
• Multi-Channel Paid Advertising: Hands-on experience scaling paid campaigns on LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads for enterprise lead generation.
• Strategic Proposal & Clear ROI Focus: Ability to provide structured budget breakdowns allocating retainer fees and paid ad spend effectively.
• Strong Portfolio / Agency Credentials: Must be able to present past work, client results, and pitch proposals demonstrating high enterprise design standards.
