Job Summary

Own B2B demand and messaging to convert pipeline, with cross-functional GTM planning and ABM for high-value prospects.

  • GTM Ownership: Align marketing plans with sales segments, priorities, and revenue targets to drive pipeline.
  • Demand & Enablement: Build multi-channel campaigns and sales tools that enable conversion and win rates.
  • Measurement & Optimization: Define KPIs, report ROI, and continuously test tactics with sales leadership.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with the B2B Sales Team to understand target segments, develop and implement coordinated marketing plans and pipeline priorities
  • Translate sales objectives into integrated marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion
  • Develop and execute quarterly and annual B2B marketing plans aligned to commercial strategy
  • Identify trends, customer needs, and market opportunities to shape go-to-market approaches
  • Lead the development and refinement of Inogen’s B2B value proposition
  • Create compelling, differentiated messaging frameworks that clearly articulate product benefits and competitive advantages
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across all B2B touchpoints including sales materials, campaigns, and digital channels to support the Sales Team in market
  • Design and execute multi-channel demand generation programs (digital campaigns, events, webinars, and ABM) to support pipeline growth
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimize lead acquisition, lead nurturing, and conversion strategies
  • Partner with sales on account-based marketing (ABM) strategies targeting high-value prospects
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or a regulated industry
  • Proven track record of supporting Sales Teams with successful Marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue
  • Strong experience in positioning, messaging development, and go-to-market strategy
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
