Job Description
B2B eCommerce Administrator
PRIMARY DUTIES:
Platform Administration & Maintenance
- Maintain product catalogs, pricing, promotions, and customer-specific configurations.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and account hierarchies.
- Execute platform updates, configuration changes, and content uploads.
- Monitor site functionality and escalate technical issues as needed.
- Perform regular platform audits and quality checks.
Product & Content Management
- Maintain accurate product data, images, specifications, and documentation.
- Support content syndication across B2B channels and tools.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Product teams on content updates.
- Ensure compliance with brand and data standards.
Order & Operations Support
- Monitor order flow, status, and exceptions.
- Support troubleshooting of fulfillment, invoicing, and returns issues.
- Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service on escalations.
- Maintain documentation for operational workflows.
Reporting & Analytics Support
- Generate routine performance and operational reports.
- Track platform usage, order activity, and data quality.
- Support KPI reporting for leadership.
- Maintain dashboards and reporting templates.
Sales & Customer Enablement
- Support onboarding of new B2B customers.
- Assist Sales with account setup, pricing configuration, and access.
- Provide first-level platform support to internal users and customers.
- Create and maintain training and reference material.
Process & Compliance
- Follow established governance and change management procedures.
- Support data privacy, security, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain documentation for system processes.
- Assist with audits and controls.
EDUCATION AND ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field or relevant experience
- 3 years of experience in a relevant role with B2B or B2C experience (B2B experience preferred)
- Experience with Shopify B2B, Magento, SAP Commerce, Salesforce Commerce, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Product Information Management (PIM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) , Order Management System (OMS), or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Experience supporting B2B pricing structures and account management.
- Knowledge of product data management and content governance.
- Experience with GA4, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
